Return Policy
Our Refund Policy is now Return and Exchange Policy. We have closed our Refund Policy with effect from October 15, 2017, due to fraudulent requests raised by some of our customers.
Instead of providing a full refund, we now give our customer an option to exchange the item with a similar product or a product with the same value.
Our Return and Exchange Policy is Valid for 30 days.
According to the policy, if, the item(s) received by you is not as described or of low quality or in damaged condition, then you are eligible to initiate the process of getting a complete exchange on that item(s).
The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Take the pictures of the item(s) in the condition in which you received it. Also, keep a receipt or proof of purchase with you.
To be eligible for an exchange,
- You are requested to visit our CONTACT page and fill in the Contact Form.
- While filling in the Contact Form, please make sure that the information you enter is correct, like, Your Name, E-Mail Address and Phone Number.
- And in the Message box, write the First Line of your message as:
“Request for Exchange”
This line is important as it makes easy for us to act on your message on a priority basis. - The Email Address filled in by you in the Contact Form will be used by us for communication purposes.
- Within 2-3 business days, you will receive an E-Mail from us.
- Please reply to that E-mail by attaching the Pictures of the damaged item(s) and Proof of receipt.
Note: Proof of receipt can be anything that specifically states that you placed the order on our online store “STORE UNISEX”.
Once your E-Mail is received and inspected, we will send you another E-Mail to notify you that we have received your E-Mail and Pictures. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If your request gets approved, then we will initiate the process of exchanging the item. We will contact you via E-Mail asking about whether you wish to exchange with the similar product or with some other product of same value. Upon receiving your confirmation, we will place the order and dispatch it on your shipping address.
You always have an option of claiming an exchange for the 30 days. The 30-day time frame starts from the moment you will first receive your order at your shipping address.
NOTE: Even after your request for exchange gets approved, you don’t have to return the damaged product to us. You can keep the product with yourself. But make sure that the images you send to us of the damaged product is of high quality and must not contain multiple products. Each separate image for separate damaged products. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel your exchange request.
There are certain situations where no exchange is granted
- Any item(s) is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- When you are contacting us after 30 days of receiving your order.
In case of Item Not Received
US customers – We guarantee a full refund, if you don’t receive the item within 60 days after you have placed your order. Please visit our CONTACT page.
Rest of the World – We guarantee a full refund, if you don’t receive the item within 60 days after you have placed your order. Please visit our CONTACT page.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items do not qualify for our exchange policy. We will not entertain any request for exchange on Sale Items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Imports, Customs and Duties
You may have to pay the applicable taxes in your country upon receiving the product. Our Free Shipping includes Fuel and Surcharges. The customer is requested to pay all the liable taxes on accepting the delivery of their desired product.
